Baton Rouge restaurants offering Lent specials: Know where to go

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Looking for dine-in restaurants that offer Lent options? Several Baton Rouge restaurants will be serving tasty, unique specials for Lent. These restaurants around the area offer a selection of different seafood and vegetarian options.

Ash Wednesday signals the start of Lent, the 40-day season of feasting and prayer. In 2024, it runs from Wednesday, Feb. 14 to Thursday, Mar. 28. Eating meat, such as chicken, beef and pork, is abstained from on Fridays.

The Gregory
