Bay Port's Josiah Azure, Mayville's Blake Schraufnagel earn top honors on Wisconsin Football Coaches Association all-state team
Josiah Azure of Bay Port and Blake Schraufnagel of Mayville took home top honors on the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association all-state team this season.
Azure was selected the defensive player of the year on the Large Schools all-state team, while Schraufnagel was the offensive player of the year on the Small Schools all-state squad.
Sun Prairie East quarterback Jerry Kaminski was the Large Schools offensive player of the year and Brent Hoppe of Beloit Turner was the Small Schools defensive player of the year.
