It’s another week, it’s another New Bedford Eats exploring the New Bedford area food scene. The plethora of restaurants on the SouthCoast can be overwhelming and makes choosing where to eat a daunting task.

Do you enjoy the easy listening of Ol' Blue Eyes? Pub 6T5 has an exciting night planned for you on Saturday, Jan. 20. Taylor Cormier will perform live with a night full of great eats, delectable drinks, and good vibes. The showtime is from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at 736 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Smokehouse pit favorites are on the menu every Wednesday at Cisco Kitchen + Bar, 1482 East Rodney French Blvd., New Bedford. Enjoy the latest country music while enjoying fan favorites like BBQ ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled smoked chicken cocktails, and of course, freshly- baked cornbread.

At The Nook they are diving into the pizza scene with traditional and simple bar-style pizza. They are offering Cheese ($13), Linguica ($15), and Pepperoni ($15) pizza made with their original roll dough. They are serving these bad boys up every Sunday from 7 to 10 p.m. on a pre-order basis. They are working on all kinks and taking customer opinions to make it happen as seamlessly as possible. Make sure to order yours and grab it at 58 Washington St., Fairhaven.

Lunch and dinner just got better at GrandMa's Donuts & Coffee, 1972 Acushnet Ave., New Bedford. They are offering up a rotating menu that will be available for customers to choose from and orders can be placed in advance by either calling or messaging the shop on Facebook. The new menu features comfort food favorites such as chicken parmigiana, American chop suey, and shrimp Mozambique.

There’s a new in-house dessert menu at BOCCA and won’t regret checking it out. Made by pastry chef Tyler Benjamin these sweet concoctions will have your mouth watering. Choose from desserts like the Chocolate Pot de Crème with velvety chocolate topped with toast marshmallow and a wafer cookie ($9); Bread Pudding with a vanilla bean gelato and fresh whipped cream ($9); a Cannoli with sweet mascarpone and ricotta filling, espresso gelato, and your choice of chocolate chips or pistachios ($8); or the Blueberry Lemon Cookie, a housemade sugar cookie with vanilla gelato, blackberry compote, whipped cream, and lemon zest ($8).
