Beat the heat: City of Pittsburgh opens cooling centers, here’s where to find them

Temperatures are expected to reach about 90 degrees Friday, and the City of Pittsburgh has opened cooling centers in preparation.

The centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Several recreation centers will also be open as a place to cool off.
