Beatrice Fang announces birth of first baby

19 Aug - Taiwanese actress Beatrice Fang has recently announced the birth of her baby daughter.

According to On CC News, the actress turned to Facebook on 18 August and expressed, "New parents saying hi here. My first baby has been born. I am officially a mother!"

"Thank you for your concern. Our family is okay. I am in fact, a little bit sleepy. I will take a rest after sharing this with all of you. Looking forward to seeing you all in the future."

The actress also shared a photo with husband Yang Ming Wei while she was lying down on a hospital bed.

Meanwhile, Yang also shared the joyous news online, saying, "Both mum and daughter are doing well. I am going to take care of my queen and my little princess now."

Beatrice and Yang registered their marriage back in April, a few days after they announced her pregnancy. The couple incidentally got together during the filming of the drama, "Dear Mom", where Beatrice plays the role of an unwed pregnant woman.
