Bebe Rexha Claps Back at a Troll Who Says She Needs to Lose Weight

From Cosmopolitan

I don't know who taught some people their manners, cause it seems like every few weeks someone is so rude to a celebrity on social media that the celebrity has no choice but to clap back (i.e., just recently someone called Hailey Baldwin a "FAKE CHRISTIAN," which was so uncalled for!). And really, who are these super rude trolls? Don't they realize that celebs are also humans with emotions and that they can just DM their unkind thoughts to their friends rather than leaving them in a celeb's comments section??

Well, of course trolls were at it again a few days ago when Bebe Rexha posted a photo of herself after performing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Bebe looks stunning in a black gown and high black boots, and she captioned the Insta, "I’ve always wanted to do an Ellen solo performance and doing it for an empowering song was amazing. I’m so grateful. #YouCantStopTheGirl"

One of Bebe's follows clearly didn't like the pic, however, and wrote, "Wow... you need to lose weight 🤮." And that's obviously an awful thing to say to anyone, let alone a stranger on social media. But Bebe wasn't having any of that nonsense, and wrote back, "no you need to be more accepting and work on your own self hate."

Props to Bebe for standing up for herself here, and let's all just take this exchange as a reminder to never comment on the bodies of people who you don't know—it's never okay!!
