Bed Bath & Beyond to close 7 more stores in Michigan

Bed Bath & Beyond will close seven more stores in Michigan, the company recently revealed.

The closures are part of the company's goal to avoid bankruptcy and operate approximately 360 stores.

The retail chain plans to close an additional 150 stores and raise more than $1 billion funding through a public stock offering, according to USA TODAY.

The Michigan stores closing are:

  • Flint: 3605 Miller Road

  • Holland: 3050 Beeline Road Suite 30

  • Okemos: 1982 West Grand River Ave.

  • Portage: 5930 S. Westnedge Ave.

  • Saginaw: 4420 Bay Road

  • Troy: 650 John R. Road

  • Westland: 35615 Warren Road

Bed Bath & Beyond previously announced other Michigan stores were set to close.

After the closures, nine Michigan stores will remain, according to the company's list of locations. The stores to remain open include:

  • Beverly Hills: 31535 Southfield Road

  • Grand Rapids: 4901 28th St. SE

  • Novi: 43610 West Oaks Drive

  • Petoskey: 910 Spring St.

  • Rochester Hills: 1242 South Rochester Road

  • Roseville: 30801 Gratiot Ave.

  • Sterling Heights: 12020 Hall Road

  • Taylor: 23871 Eureka Road

  • Traverse City: 3301 North U.S. 31
