New-Indy Containerboard has resolved a problem with a foul odor that was released from the paper mill at the state line.
South Carolina bureau reporter Tina Terry went to New-Indy in Catawba on Wednesday to see how the mill rectified the issue that neighbors have complained about for months.
The Environmental Protection Agency ordered New-Indy to clean up its act last year.
