A huge widow shatters behind the newlywed couple as the blast in Lebanon‘s capital hit.
The explosion last Tuesday killed more than 150 people, injured more than 6,000 and devastated homes and buildings across the city.
In video footage of the blast, a bride and groom can be seen posing in a Beirut street.
Suddenly, a startled look comes over the woman’s face before a huge rumble can be heard.
Glass is blown out of windows behind the newlywed couple, and the wedding dress can be seen billowing behind the bride.
The person who posted the dramatic footage on Facebook commented that everyone in the shot was OK after the blast.
Another video of a bride has shown the moment Tuesday’s explosion hit.
Israa Seblani was posing for the camera in a Beirut square when the scene is shattered by a deafening roar.
The camera pans across the street and the square to show images of broken doors, windows and items strewn all over the floor.
The explosion happened at Beirut’s port. Images of the aftermath show a huge crater created by the blast.
The prime minister and presidency have said 2,750 tonnes of highly explosive ammonium nitrate, which is used in making fertilisers and bombs, had been stored for six years without safety measures at the port warehouse.
Protesters have called on the government to quit over what they say was negligence that led to Tuesday’s explosion.
People carried nooses and called for officials to be held accountable for the explosion as they took to the streets on Saturday.
Protesters also stormed government buildings in Beirut and temporarily took over the Lebanese foreign ministry building.
