JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) _ Bel Fuse Inc. (BELFB) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $3.6 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Jersey City, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 29 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 20 cents per share.

The maker of electronic products for circuits posted revenue of $116.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $12.8 million, or $1.05 per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $465.8 million.

Bel Fuse shares have climbed slightly more than 9% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped slightly in the last 12 months.
