Belarus sets up fortifications along the borders with Ukraine and the EU

The Armed Forces of Belarus are setting up fortifications along the borders with Ukraine and the EU countries.

Details: It has been reported that the Belarusian military is digging trenches near the borders of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania.

Belarus has upgraded the deployment of roadblocks in the border areas.

Fortifications have also been upgraded.

Location of all trenches that are equipped with firing points:

  •       Piddobrianka (Gomel district, Gomel Oblast);

  •       Podgallya (Yelsk district, Gomel Oblast);

  •       Glushkovichi (Lelchitsky district, Gomel Oblast);

  •       Between Zhidche and Khoino (Pinsky district, Brest Oblast);

  •       Between  Noviki and Sopotskino (Grodno District, Grodno Oblast);

  •       Near Odelsk and the border with Poland (Grodno District, Grodno Oblast);

  •       Between Losha and the Losha border crossing (Astravyets District, Grodno Oblast).
