After almost a year and a half in her downtown Manhattan penthouse, globe-trotting supermodel Bella Hadid is on the move once again. According to Dirt, Hadid recently listed the SoHo duplex that she purchased in late November 2019; she’s asking $6.499 million, up from the $6.1 million she initially paid. Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant holds the listing.

The two-bed, two-bath condo spans 2,180 square feet, plus a private rooftop deck offering another 779 square feet of space. The six-story building was previously a silk showroom dating back to the 1870s, and though it was converted into a residential co-op in 2016, it still pays homage to its industrial roots with red brick barrel-vaulted ceilings, exposed ductwork, and dark metal columns.

Amid these warehouse-inspired details are all the trappings of luxury living. The apartment features imported Italian built-in closets, a glass-walled temperature-controlled wine room tucked under the floating steel staircase, professional-quality kitchen appliances, and a Bang & Olufsen A/V system installed throughout the home and rooftop deck.

A central great room combines kitchen, home office, and living and dining rooms, with hardwood flooring, modern light fixtures, and modular built-in shelving throughout. The rooftop deck is walled in with weathered wood paneling hung with dimmable sconces and lined with heat lamps and overflowing planters, and the private space is roomy enough to comprise separate dining and living areas, the latter of which is centered around a huge marble slab coffee table.

Hadid has yet to reveal where she’ll next put down roots, but perhaps she’ll follow mom Yolanda out to a more peaceful, rural life on an East Coast farm or, like older sister Gigi Hadid, DIY her own Manhattan mini-mansion. In recent years, Gigi has scooped up two separate units in a NoHo building, reportedly with plans to combine them into a single five-bedroom home for her growing family.
