Bella Hadid Sells SoHo Penthouse for $6.5 Million

Bella Hadid is moving on from her stylish SoHo penthouse in New York. The 24-year-old model listed her home with Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant just a month ago and it’s already officially off the market.

Hadid listed her trendy duplex for the asking price of $6.499 million, and that’s what she’s getting for it. With the recent home-buying frenzy, it’s not surprising that her Big Apple dwelling sold so quickly.

The runway model bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in November 2019 after her sister Gigi purchased a townhouse in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood. Just some of the perks of the younger Hadid’s home include a glass-walled temperature-controlled wine room nestled under an industrial steel staircase; stunning modern chandelier light fixtures; built-in closets that were flown all the way from Italy—and the list goes on.

Since it’s New York, no penthouse is complete without its views. There’s a rooftop deck spanning 779 square feet that sits at the top of Hadid’s former six-story building. If you’ve been waiting for the space’s major wow moment, the private panoramic views are it.

Joe & the Juice founder Kaspar Basse was the home’s previous owner, the New York Post reports. As of now, it hasn’t been revealed who’s moving in or where Hadid is headed next—perhaps she wants to get even closer to her sister and move a bit uptown?
