Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez reportedly celebrating nuptials in Savannah area

Bennifer — that is, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lynn Affleck (née Lopez) — officially married in July at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, but the celebrity duo touched down in Savannah this week to celebrate their nuptials.

People magazine reported the couple was out shopping ahead of the celebration, which comes not long after Affleck's 50th birthday on August 15.

Ben Affleck owns an 87-acre estate in the Savannah area, which was previously for sale in 2018.

The twice-engaged couple first met on the set of the romantic comedy "Gigli" in 2002, becoming engaged, USA Today reported. They then postponed their planned September 2003 wedding due to excessive media attention before splitting in 2004.

Affleck and J.Lo, 53, became engaged again in April and then tied the knot in July.

In the meantime, Bennifer fans and other publications such as TMZ have taken to social media to express their affection and joy for the couple's happiness and share details about the wedding.

The wedding is also attracting other celebrities, according to Page Six, such as Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso.
