We know Ben and Erin Napier for being HGTV stars, but they're about to embark on a brand new journey: running a manufacturing company. In a video posted to Instagram by Erin last week, she announced the launch of Scotsman Manufacturing, which will be based in their hometown of Laurel, Mississippi.

The clip begins with a look at Laurel Machine & Foundry—another business owned by the Napiers—which creates Laurel Mercantile products. Viewers are then treated to introductory clips of some of Laurel Machine & Foundry's 128 employees.

"At Laurel Mercantile, we sell heirloom wares and durable goods that are made in the U.S.A.," says one employee featured in the video. "'Cause if we're going to be serious about revitalizing small town America, then we have to be serious about making things in America to keep our hometown strong."

In Erin's accompanying caption, she states that launching Scotsman Manufacturing "was a tiny dream deep inside [Ben] from childhood: sparked the first time he watched Tommy Boy."

Later on in Ben's life, as a teenager, "he saw the shuttered furniture factories of NC where he grew up," continues Erin in the post's caption. "Then as we began the work of revitalizing Laurel with our best friends, family and partners Mallorie and Jim Rasberry and Emily and Josh Nowell," she and Ben "knew our store would sell exclusively American-made wares and our partnerships would lift up the American worker."

Of course, this isn't the first time Ben and Erin—who own the Laurel Mercantile and Scotsman General Store—have lent a helping hand to the people of Laurel, having renovated numerous homes in the area on their show Home Town.

The caption concludes with Erin stating that she and her husband "made this video with our dear, late friend Brandon Davis 5 years ago, telling the stories of a few local factory heroes. Stay tuned as we build something amazing, something bigger than butcher block cutting boards and countertops. 💪🏻"
