The Cincinnati Bengals are the clubhouse leader in the AFC after seven weeks of football coming out of that 41-17 blowout of the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

It was a statement game from the Bengals, to say the least, with Joe Burrow throwing for 416 yards and three scores.

Ja’Marr Chase, who has seemingly already locked up rookie of the year honors, had eight catches for 201 yards and a score — highlighted by a must-see 82-yard touchdown.

Entering the weekend, Baltimore was the only AFC team with five wins. Underperforming Kansas City fell to 3-4 and the Los Angeles Chargers were on a bye.

Thanks to tiebreakers, no other result from the remaining games on the schedule could knock the Bengals out of first place in the conference. They’ll put that on the line in Week 8 again on the road against the New York Jets.
