The Cincinnati Bengals (10-4) secured a playoff spot when the Jacksonville Jaguars beat the New York Jets on Thursday night, but the AFC North title and No. 1 seed in the AFC are yet to be determined. Cincinnati can keep its momentum going with a win at the New England Patriots (7-7) today.

The Bengals are still one game behind the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. Because Cincinnati already beat the Chiefs and play the Bills next week, they can still secure the top seed and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.

The Bengals are a 3-point favorite, according to Tipico Sportsbook, and the over/under point total is set at 42.

Quarterback Mac Jones' fourth-and-10 pass attempt was broken up by Bengals' cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt.

The Cincinnati Bengals' defense made a stand to end the game over the Patriots. After New England converted on third-and-1 from the 6-yard line, the Bengals forced a turnover on the next play.

The Bengals advanced to the red zone on their fifth consecutive drive to finish a dominant first half. Quarterback Joe Burrow threw his third touchdown of the day and second to wide receiver Trenton Irwin. Kicker Evan McPherson made his first point-after-touchdown attempt of the day.

Burrow is 28-of-36 passing for 284 yards, three touchdowns and one interception after the first half.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow threw his first interception of the day when New England Patriots defensive back Devin McCourty stepped in front of a pass intended for wide receiver Tyler Boyd.

Burrow was 19-for-23 passing for 218 yards and two touchdowns before the interception. The Bengals were in the red zone for the fourth consecutive drive before the turnover.

The Cincinnati Bengals' third offensive drive stalled in the red zone and kicker Evan McPherson made his first field goal of the day. The 28-yard kick was the first made by McPherson who missed two point-after-touchdown attempts. One of those was negated by a New England Patriots penalty.

The Bengals lost left tackle La'el Collins to a knee injury on the drive. He is out for the game.

Quarterback Joe Burrow opens the game a perfect 9-of-9 passing for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Burrow's second touchdown pass of the game was to Trenton Irwin for 23 yards. Kicker Evan McPherson missed the point-after-touchdown attempt, but the Patriots were flagged for unnecessary roughness.

The Bengals decided to go for the two-point conversion, but running back Joe Mixon was stopped short of the goal line.
