A map based on Twitter data shows the Cincinnati Bengals have fan support in more states than any of the four teams heading into the NFL conference championship games Sunday, including the Super Bowl favorite Kansas City Chiefs.

According to the map, 19 states were rooting for the Bengals, compared to 16 states for the Chiefs in their AFC Championship Game matchup.

Meanwhile, nine states were pulling for the Los Angeles Rams in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers, who got the most support from six states.

The map was based on geotagged Twitter posts after last weekend's playoff games in which the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Buffalo Bills to advance to AFC Championship Game against the Bengals on Sunday.

Researchers at the online sportsbook betonline.ag tracked official fan hashtags in every state, such as #ChiefsKingdom, #RuleTheJungle, #RamsHouse, #GoChiefs, #WhoDey, #RamsNation, #GoNiners, etc.

More than 200,000 tweets were tracked.
