The Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills square off for the chance to play in next week's AFC championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on CBS (Local 12).

Buffalo enters the game a 5.5-point favorite, according to Tipico Sportsbook, and the over/under point total is 49.

Today's game is a rematch of the Week 17 game, which was canceled after Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest on the field. The Bengals led 7-3 and had the ball when the game was stopped. Since then, the teams, coaching staffs and fans in both cities have been irrevocably linked to each other.
