Bennett Office Technologies, Coordinated Business Systems announce merger

Sep. 18—WILLMAR — Bennett Office Technologies and Coordinated Business Systems announced a merger effective Sept. 1. Operations will continue under Coordinated Business Systems' management team and name, according to a news release.

Founded in 1983, Coordinated Business Systems is a Minnesota/Wisconsin family-owned business. Bennett Office Technologies has been a full-service office technology provider in Willmar, Minnesota, and the surrounding areas since 1981.

Coordinated Business Systems will retain all the service, sales and administrative personnel from Bennett Office Technologies, which is intended to make the merger seamless for customers from a service, personnel and product-offering standpoint, according to the release.
