FLOW Town Marijuana Businesses?

It's possible, but you won't be able to shop at any cannabis dispensaries just yet.

Cannabis businesses will be allowed in the FLOW towns, but no retailers have been approved after the Oakland council unanimously approved a measure that would allow non-retail cannabis businesses to operate in the community by updating the town's zoning.

No businesses have applied in Oakland yet, according to NorthJersey.com.

The licensing process for some cannabis businesses has opened, meaning that, by the end of the year, it's possible that the town could welcome, or at least strike a deal with, its first legal business.

The first U.S. Toys R Us flagship store will feature a modern two-level retail concept that spans 20,000 square feet, the company said. That includes a blend of the familiar, but also new branded elements, like Geoffrey's Café and ice cream parlor and even a two-story slide.

It also marks the return of the company's brick and mortar presence, serving as the first standalone store in the country.
