I'd like to set the snooze alarm on summer.

Let's face it: Once August arrives, families start thinking about school and supplies and before we know it, fall will be here.

Ah, but I'm getting a little ahead of myself. It is just the first week of August, after all, and there's ample to do this month. Take this week's Best Bets lineup, for example, where you will find a variety of events that reflect just how much is happening in Greater Columbus.

More things to do: Must-see events during Ohio State Fair's final weekend: Sale of Champions, Willie Nelson

Rain or shine, there's bound to be something that piques your interest in our top 10 list of events.

Enjoy, and be safe out there.
