Best of Cobb to highlight county's finest food and businesses
Mar. 17—It's time to showcase the best of what Cobb County has to offer.
The Best of Cobb 2023 celebration will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Jim Miller Park in Marietta. The park is located at 2245 Callaway Road, minutes from The Battery Atlanta and Truist Park, just off I-75 and Windy Hill Road.
Hosted by Cobb Life Magazine and the Marietta Daily Journal, the event will showcase the county's favorite businesses, people, places and things. More than 2,800 nominations made it to voting this year. Last year, there were more than 460,000 votes tallied in the reader-decided contest.
Attendees can pick up free food and gifts from the winners' booths. The event will also include a beer and wine bar, plus live music by a 2022 winner. Dress is business casual.
General admission tickets cost $20 and VIP tickets are $70. They are available for purchase at mdjonline.com/cobblife/bestof. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the event.
New this year are upgrades for the VIP Sponsorship Oasis, which includes a full bar and exclusive musical performances.
