Chef Adam Pugh debuted an exclusive black truffle-themed menu this winter. His fresh-to-farm ties in South Carolina make Between the Trees a popular but secluded visit during Valentine's Day. The ambiance and food are what set this restaurant apart, with a spacious dining room, mid-level lighting, and views of Falls Park setting the mood.

The current entreé menu consists of fresh seafood highlighted by a seared scallops dish with crispy pork belly, a fire-grilled Japanese striploin, and a Carolina Bison Tenderloin accompanied by a pumpkin purée.

Nestled inside The Grand Bohemian Lodge, Between the Trees is the perfect Valentine's Day location. It is complemented by Spirit & Bower, a whiskey bar, and a massage parlor, Poseidon Spa, for additional fun and elegance.
