GMC today reaffirmed its plans to unveil the new Hummer later this fall, releasing a teaser video that gives us our best look yet at the reborn EV utility vehicle.

The minute-long spot, narrated by three-time NBA champion LeBron James, mentions a bunch of stuff about the Hummer we already know: It's going to make 1000 horsepower at 11,500 lb-ft of wheel torque (motor torque multiplied by gearing), with an estimated 0-60 time of three seconds flat. It'll also have a removable targa roof, and be offered in both pickup and SUV body styles.

But the promo video also reveals a bunch of stuff we haven't seen before. There's a scene showing off a full-size clay model of the vehicle, and another that seems to show a prototype being assembled on a factory floor. These clips are the most we've seen of the Hummer's design since its Super Bowl announcement in February. Towards the end of the video, we're shown silhouettes of both body styles:

The video also mentions two drive modes we haven't heard of before: an "Adrenaline" mode and a "Crab" mode. We suspect the Adrenaline mode has something to do with speed, acceleration, or some other form of performance. Crab mode, however, remains a mystery.
