Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have arrived in New York City for their first joint appearances since their daughter, Lilibet, was born on June 4.

It was announced this week that the couple would be traveling to New York City to participate in Global Citizen Live, which aims to promote equal access to the COVID-19 vaccine. The 24-hour event, which will be broadcast live from Central Park on Saturday, is set to feature an all-star line-up of guests, including Elton John, Billie Eilish, Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez, Lizzo, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, among many more. Harry and Meghan have participated in vaccine advocacy throughout the pandemic, and while it's still unknown what role the couple will play in this weekend's event, they served as co-chairs of Global Citizen's VAX LIVE event over the summer.

They started off their trip to the Big Apple by visiting One World Observatory, where they met with government officials and received a tour of the site and the 9/11 memorial, telling reporters “It’s wonderful to be back.”
