When we spotted Chicago local Dacey Cash in this summer-ready outfit, we stopped everything we were doing for two reasons: 1) those perfect white high-rise jeans, and 2) that cream-colored leopard blouse she craftily tied to create a crop top. Naturally, we needed to know where she scored this look and her answer was a pleasant surprise: Walmart. ("I always mix high and low fashion," she says, and Walmart makes that easy.) Luckily for us, this entire crop-top outfit costs less than $75, so we may just have to splurge on a visit to the Windy City to scout more chic looks. For now, Dacey is filling us in on all things Chicago and her summer style vibe.
