Jul. 14—WILLMAR — Bethesda Club Suites in Willmar received a nearly perfect score on a survey by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
The department ranked Bethesda Club Suites as the third-highest performing short-stay skilled nursing facility in the state in the most recent release of the Minnesota Quality Indicators for Short-Stay Residents.
The areas evaluated by the Department of Human Services include pain management, skin care, rehospitalization from the facility and rehospitalization rates following discharge. Bethesda's evaluation scored 99.27 out of 100 and ranked third-best among 360 Minnesota short-stay skilled nursing facilities.
"At Bethesda, we continue to demonstrate the benefits of care close to home through high-quality rankings and ratings from state and federal programs," said Ashley Bormann, administrator for Bethesda Grand and Club Suites, in a news release.
The rating shows that people seeking care do not need to go to a larger city to receive it, she said.
"We know that none of this would be possible were it not for the remarkable team of nursing, therapy, personal care, and support professionals who serve at Bethesda," said Bormann.
