Oct. 9—NEW LONDON — Bethesda's newest senior living facility in Kandiyohi County, North Pointe, hosted its grand opening with a community open house Sept. 29, according to a news release from the company.

Residents will begin moving into the 100,000-square-foot campus this month.

The Waters Neighborhood, an independent senior living space with optional assisted living services, includes 34 private apartments that have been fully reserved since the reservation process opened in late 2020.

The Oak Woods Neighborhood features 18 enhanced assisted living apartments, and The Gardenia Neighborhood hosts 18 apartments in a secure setting. Each neighborhood is complete with a full kitchen, activity center and spa.

The campus includes a full community wellness center featuring Club Bethesda and outpatient physical therapy, as well as a public café, completed in partnership with Marcus Construction, of Willmar, Pope Architects, of St. Paul, and Lori DeAntoni Interior Designs, of Annandale.
