When I was doing research for wellness influencers to follow not one single Black wellness influencer popped up. It’s 2023, that’s a problem and we’re here to fix it! We want you to live a healthy life in this new year, mentally, physically, and spiritually and we believe these Black wellness influencers can help you achieve that lifestyle.

We gathered some of our favorite fitness gurus, chefs, life coaches, and more to help you become your best self!

1.  Tabitha Brown

Auntie Tabitha Brown is going to give it to you real and raw with your best interest at heart! She is a wellness influencer who provides easy vegan recipes, pep talks, and fashion as well as laughs for every moment in your life. Also, her smile alone will brighten your day and warm your heart. 2. Raven Ross

The world fell in love with Raven when she hit our screens as a member of Love Is Blind season 3. Not only will she help you become a pilates pro, she’ll also provide skincare tips to keep your skin glowing gracefully. 3. Candice

Candice is known for her killer dance moves and beauty skills but she’s also an advocate for PCOS. PCOS stands for polycystic ovary syndrome which is a hormonal disorder that causes enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. Symptoms include menstrual irregularity, excess hair growth, and acne, as well as obesity.

Since being diagnosed with PCOS she’s managed to cope with symptoms and helps others on the road to reversing PCOS for good!

She proves that working out and having a fit body is not only sexy but very much achievable. She’s a personal trainer out of Atlanta. She also has a mailing list you can subscribe to, to keep you informed and keep you accountable.

Will Edmond is a vegan chef with recipes sure to make you want to convert to veganism. This wellness influencer is not only here to help you cook better but also to help you travel better. Outside of chefing it up in the kitchen, he’s also a travel host, helping you see the world from his unique view.

He has a vegan cookbook inspired by his hometown in East Texas. The book is packed with the best dishes you’ve ever tried.

8. Trish White

Calling all moms! Trish White is a stay-at-home mom helping Black & brown moms live a soft life. The content she shares is not only informal, but also it is relatable, honest, and transparent.
