FRANK SCHWAB: I'm Frank Schwab here to give you my best bets for the NFC North this season. And we're going to start with the team that won the division last year, the Green Bay Packers. But I'm a little bit down on the Packers this year, so I'm going to take under 10 and 1/2 wins for them.

Obviously, losing Davante Adams a huge hole. Davante Adams is one of the most valuable non-quarterbacks in the entire NFL, and he's with the Las Vegas Raiders now. I'm not sure the Packers really adequately replaced him either. It could be a lot tougher for Aaron Rodgers in this offense without his number one receiver. The Packers were due for a little bit of regression anyway, so give me under 10 and 1/2 wins for the Green Bay Packers this season.

Moving on to the Minnesota Vikings, I'm going to give you a little bit of a different pick here, and that's the Vikings, plus 1 and 1/2 against those Packers in week one. BetMGM already has those week one odds up. You can bet those games, and I really like the Vikings at home.

The Vikings historically have always given the Packers a tough time at home. And with a new coaching staff, a new look, I think the Packers are going to be surprised a little bit by the Vikings. The Vikings will play well in week one, and I think they're going to get a little bit of an upset win over the Packers to start the season.

Moving on next to the Detroit Lions, and this is one of my favorite bets on the board. It's a popular one with bettors too. That's over 6 and 1/2 wins for Detroit. I really believe in this Lions team. I think they're on an upward trajectory. They really played hard for Dan Campbell last year and came on strong at the end of the year.

And they do have some talent at the skill positions to help out Jared Goff. I think this team is building the right way, played hard when it really didn't seem like they were going to win any games last year, finished pretty well. I think they take that momentum into this season and get over 6 and 1/2 wins.

And last, we have the Chicago Bears. I'm going to be down on them a little bit this year and go under 6 and 1/2 wins for them. I just don't like the way they didn't really give Justin Fields any help on offense. The offensive line is going to be bad again, not a lot of receivers around Justin Fields.

I don't think their defense is going to be any better after trading Khalil Mack. I think this is the last place team in the NFC North. I'm going to go under 6 and 1/2 wins for the Bears in what should be a pretty long season for them and their second-year quarterback.
