Betting: Who is best pick to win Cy Young Award?

MINTY BETS: I'm Minty Bets, and before the MLB season begins, here are some of my favorite picks to win the Cy Young Award.
Starting with the National League, I'm looking at Julio Urias at 20 to 1. He finished the regular season with 17 wins and 7 losses. He recorded an ERA of 2.16, which is not only his career best but the second best in the entire league. If he can increase his strikeout rate and give up a few less homers, Urias holds phenomenal value to win this award.
In the American League, I like Alek Manoah at plus 900. Manoah is a promising young pitcher who has one of the best trajectories in the AL. He pitches for one of the toughest divisions in baseball. He finished third in voting last season and posted an ERA of 2.24. If he can lower his hit by pitch count and stay consistent, he could win this award.
