- Today we will be taking a look at water polo. Water polo is played by two teams of seven, and takes place entirely in, you guessed it, water.

- Teams rack up points by shooting the ball in the opponent's net. The game consists of four eight minute periods, and the team with the most goals at the end wins. When it comes to betting, we have a few different options. The most straightforward would be a moneyline bet.
Simply put, which team will win when the final whistle is blown. Other bets include handicap betting. Let's say team one has a minus 2 and 1/2 handicap at the beginning of play. If they defeat team two by more than two goals, then you would win your bet.
On the flip side, if you took team two plus 2 and 1/2, and they only lost by 2 goals or won outright, then you would win your bet.
