Minty Bets, Jared Quay and Pamela Maldonado break down their best bets for the Conference Championships in the NFL.

MINTY BETS: This Sunday, we've got two title games. In the AFC, we've got Bengals at Chiefs, Chiefs minus 7 and 1/2. And in the NFC, we've got 49ers at Rams, Rams minus 3 and 1/2. I'm Minty Bets joined by Pam Maldonado and Jared Quay. And we're here to give you our favorite bets on the board. Starting with you, Pam, what's your pick?

PAMELA MALDONADO: Give me the 49ers plus 3 and 1/2. Both of these teams match up pretty comparably on offense and on defense. But there's one big key difference that I see. And that is the 49ers. They're seventh in rushing while the Rams are 24th. What wins games? A balanced offense. You have Deebo Samuel and Elijah Mitchell. Those are two players that can take the pressure off of Jimmy Garoppolo if they need to. Jimmy Garoppolo, definitely a capable quarterback. He has been pretty good this entire season.

But I'm looking to the other playmakers that can make the difference in this game. The Rams offensive success solely relies on Matthew Stafford having a clean game. And yes, he has thrown for zero interceptions in back to back games. But before that, he had eight interceptions in five. And this 49ers defense, it is stout. They are sixth best in pressuring quarterbacks. They are first and second differential. And now you have Stafford who is 56% completion from 5.5 yards per pass attempt on these drop backs compared to 68% completion, and 7 yards per pass attempt when not pressured.

He's going to get pressured in this spot. And also with the defense for the 49ers, in the last nine games, they have allowed no more than 24 points in a 7. And you're talking about some of the best offenses in the league in the Bengals, the Cowboys, the Packers, and of course, the Rams. Give me the better defense, 49ers plus 3 and 1/2.

MINTY BETS: Love that pick. Jared, what do you have for us?

JARED QUAY: I got the Niners on the moneyline for every reason that Pam just said. But I actually think they win outright. They beat them in the last six times they played. I think Sean McVay is a great coach. But I think Kyle Shanahan just has his number. You add that with the fact I think this Rams team's inflated. I did think they would beat Tampa Bay just because of injuries. And obviously they played a Cardinals team that was kind of a little bit on the downward spiral.

But they're going to play a 49ers team that is going to be at their best this week. When you're covering Deebo Samuels and you've got to run against Trent Williams, I don't think it's going to be as easy. With that being the case, I like the Niners on the money line.

PAMELA MALDONADO: Love it.

MINTY BETS: Love that one even more. All right. I got to spice things up a little and head to the AFC. And you know I have to take my Cincinnati Bengals plus 7 and 1/2. Now I know they have O-line issues and I know they played a softer schedule this regular season. And I also know that the Chiefs have more experience coming in here. But 7 and 1/2 is just too many points. I definitely believe that the Bengals can keep it within a score as they're 6 and 2 against the spread as underdogs.

So give me Cincy plus 7 and 1/2. To recap our picks, Pam has the 49ers to cover, Jared is on the 49ers on the money line, and I'm going with the Bengals to cover. Bet $10 and win $200 in free bets by signing up at betmgm.com/yahoovip. New customers only. Must be 21 and older. Terms apply.
