MINTY BETS: It's week 16 of the NFL, everyone. I'm Minty Bets, joined by Jared Quay and Pam Maldonado, and we're here to give you our best bets. Now we went 3 and 0 last weekend, so let's see if we can do it again. And let's kick things off to Pam first. What's your best bet this week?

PAM MALDONADO: Minty, you know I love my unders, and I'm taking another under this week, looking at under 43 for the Bears at the Seahawks. Looking at Chicago with Justin Fields, they're averaging just 17 points per game. Seattle in Russell Wilson's return after the bye, in six games that he has been behind center, also averaging 17 points per game, scoring 20 points or less in four.

Both offenses, they're kind of really bad, aren't they? 27th and 28th in red zone scoring attempts, 28th and 26th in red zone touchdowns scored. Neither team is getting downfield often. And when they do, they're having more field goals than converting it to 7 points.

Defensively, though, that is where it's at and that's where Seattle shines. They may be 32nd in total offense, but defensively the Seahawks are ninth in red zone touchdowns allowed and fifth in touchdowns allowed overall. So now you have two teams whose offenses are pretty atrocious, immune to scoring, against a defense that won't let you put up 7 points. 43, way too high. Give me the under for the Seattle versus Chicago Bears.

MINTY BETS: I like that pick. And I'm going to the Broncos-Raiders game. Now this isn't a homer pick because I'm going with a total. And, Pam, you've rubbed off on me because I like the under, too, but I like the first half under. Now both of these offenses are very slow-paced. And dating back to 2017, this matchup is 8 and 2 to the under.

But I like the first half under, like I said, because both of these offenses are scoring about 9 points per first half, which is really, really low. And Drew Lock is starting for the Broncos. I don't think he's going to be able to do much. So instead of sweating out the full game total, I'm just going to sweat out the first half total under 21 and 1/2. Jared, what do you have for us?

JARED QUAY: I like your bet so you can double after all the money you won in the first half and put it on the Raiders second half. No, I'm joking. I'm joking. I'm not taking an under, but I am betting against an underdeveloped team. I'm betting against the Houston Texans. I'm taking the Chargers minus 9 and 1/2.

The Texans did win last week, but they beat the Jaguars, and everybody beats the Jaguars. Other than that, they've lost 11 games. Of those 11 games, eight of them have been by more than 10 points. They're the worst team in the NFL against the run. And when you add Justin Herbert, the ability to run and play action and throw, I do not think you can keep up. And at this point, it's better for the Texans to lose because they'll get a better draft position. Who knows, they may catch the Jets or the Jaguars. So I just don't think this game will be close. Texans on the road will not keep it within 10 points against the Chargers.

PAM MALDONADO: I smell a 3 and 0.

JARED QUAY: I like it.

MINTY BETS: To recap our week 16 best bets, Pam has the Seahawks-Bears under, I'm taking the Broncos-Raiders first half under, and Jared is on the Chargers to cover. Bet $1 on any game and win $100 free. Sign up now at
