MINTY BETS: Time to wrap up week 12 with some "Monday Night Football," as the Washington Football Team host the Seattle Seahawks. Football Team is a 1-point favorite. And the total is 46 and 1/2. I'm here with Pam Maldonado and Jared Quay. And we're going to give you our Best Bets starting with me.

So I love betting on the Seahawks as underdogs. But I've been burned too many times by Russ this season. But Seattle is like that toxic ex that you just keep going back to, thinking that things will be different this time. So I'm thinking this is the last time I bet on the Seahawks because you know what? Things will be different this time.

Washington is 28th in opponent yards per game while Seattle is 17th. This offense has more talent. So let's go Seahawks. Pam, talk me out of it.

PAMELA MALDONADO: Minty, perhaps I can. I'm going to take Washington Football Team at home minus 110 to the Seattle Seahawks. The season is over for the Seahawks, 7 losses on the season. Russell Wilson, he may not be fully healthy, with 0 touchdowns, 2 interceptions, and 66 attempts since his return.

Washington Football Team, back-to-back wins over Tampa Bay and Carolina, 4 touchdowns, 0 interceptions for Heinicke, 8.7 yards per pass. Washington is also a team that has burned me many times this year. But I'm going back to them because I kind of do like what this Washington Football Team is generating as a unit.

Defensively, they forced Tampa Bay to 2 interceptions, Tom Brady, 220 passing yards, and held Carolina offense to under 300 total yards. And Christian McCaffrey, you know he's the juggernaut for that team. Held him to just 59 yards. I think this could be a game where we see Heinicke plus Terry McLaurin absolutely go off on fire.

Seattle, they just allowed over 400 yards to Colt McCoy-- hook 'em, Horns-- and this Cardinals offense. So why couldn't Heinicke replicate that again with McLaurin? I like Washington Football at home.

MINTY BETS: All right, Jared, what do you have?

JARED QUAY: All right, well, if you're watching this right now, it's probably Monday. You probably made a lot of money from telling my picks. Or you at least understand I'm on fire right now. And so I'm not going to lead you stay, although I am going against Pam, which hurts me because she's amazing. But I love the Seahawks to win this one, all right?

Think about the line. It's a West Coast team playing on the East Coast. And yet it's basically a pickem. That's because the Seattle Seahawks are a much better team. Yes, the last two weeks since Russell's gotten back, they played against two of the best defenses in the NFL in the Cardinals and the Packers. But now they get to go against a Chase Young-less football team defense.

And Russell Wilson will be cooking, OK? DK Metcalf and Pete Carroll, this is a good team. Let's not talk about them like they're a bad team. They will prove that they are still one of the top half, better teams in the league. And the Football Team just isn't. So I like the Seahawks to go on the road, get on the plane, go beat the Football Team, get back on the plane, go to the West Coast.

MINTY BETS: Love it. Although I am a little offended you didn't say I was amazing too. But it's OK. We're on the same page.

To recap our "Monday Night Football" picks, Jared and I are on the Seahawks to cover. And Pam is on Washington on the moneyline.
