Jared Quay, Preston Johnson & Matt Moore of the Action Network discuss who they would pick in the playoffs if the Lakers and Clippers meet in the Western Conference side of the bracket.

Video Transcript

MATT MOORE: I got to ask you guys. This is a tough one. Let's say that the Clippers win on Sunday and the Nuggets lose, which would put the Clippers back in 3. And the Blazers, that would be a difficult situation. But let's say that it winds up being Clippers, Lakers, whether it's in the first round or in the Conference Finals. Who do you like in that series?

JARED QUAY: Paul George, man. I feel like he has to step up there. But I would be really upset if I don't get a Lakers versus Clippers series in LA. So yeah. Clippers, maybe.

MATT MOORE: The Clippers, OK. Preston, do you trust your Lakers in that match-up?

PRESTON JOHNSON: I think I ultimately do. See, the interesting thing about his response is Paul George needs to step up, baby. I mean, yeah, I think every Paul George fan has been saying that, though, every year in the playoffs. And then he hasn't really--

PRESTON JOHNSON: Nice [INAUDIBLE].

JARED QUAY: No.

PRESTON JOHNSON: --done that. I don't trust the Clippers, when it's all said and done, against Anthony Davis and LeBron James. Kawhi Leonard, sure. Everybody else, not so much. So I'd have to give the nod to a healthy Laker squad against the healthy Clippers squad to the Lakers, slightly.

JARED QUAY: You missed what I said earlier. I was telling Matt and you off, man. There's a hunger factor. When people are doubting you, you're going with a whole new mindset. I feel like Paul George might score 40 a game in the playoffs. Go ahead, Matt.
