MINTY BETS: We're entering week four of college football. I'm here with Pam Maldonado, and she has been hot with these best bets lately. Pam, let's keep it rolling. What is your pick for this week?

PAM MALDONADO: As an underdog, better to have two back-to-back favorites. It's kind of becoming a trend for me, but I'm taking Liberty minus 6 on the road at Syracuse. The Orange, this offensive line is pretty bad. Seven sacks allowed. They have a two-quarterback system. Both quarterbacks, they have combined just two touchdowns and three interceptions. While the Flames, they are the fourth-best pass rush in the country with 10 sacks.

And this defense is pretty darn good, 11 interceptions. Syracuse, they have just one player on offense with over 100 rushing yards, and that's running back Shaun Tucker. He is pretty good himself, accounting for six of the 10 total scores. If you have two run-first teams, then I have to go with Liberty, who has the more complete offense. Because quarterback Malik Willis, he is a stud. Seven touchdowns, zero interceptions. He also leads the team in total rushing yards, but he does have two other running backs who have 100 rushing yards or more.

Liberty, they just have the better offense, they have the better defense. I like them to not only win by 6, but win by double digits here.

MINTY BETS: Ooh, OK. Now, time for the marquee game of the week. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish take on the Wisconsin Badgers at Soldier Field in Chicago. The Badgers are 6 and 1/2 point favorites, and the total is 47. Who do you like in this one, Pam?

PAM MALDONADO: Give me the underdog, Notre Dame plus 6 and 1/2 at Wisconsin. Notre Dame, they haven't faced a run team. Wisconsin, they haven't faced a strong passing team. Both of these defensive stats are skewed. There's not one single thing to differentiate either of these teams, both on offense or on defense.

This game is going to come down to turnovers. Wisconsin is top 25 in turnovers, with a minus 3 turnover ratio. Two quarterbacks behind center, you have Mertz and Wolf, zero combined touchdowns, three interceptions. Notre Dame, they're a top 40 team in takeaways. This defense has forced five interceptions, one fumble, and 13 sacks. I like the Fighting Irish here, but the defense is going to be what keeps this game close.
