Betty White lived quite the life!

The nearly 100-year-old legend felt most at ease surrounded by shirtless men in gold lamé shorts.

She was always one to ride shotgun with monkeys.

She re-invented the hot dog.

"Just the beef in the bun!!!"

And she wasn't afraid of a snake or two.

It really goes without saying, but Betty *is* the most beloved celebrity of the 20th century.

Literally everyone liked her — like, you're actually a bad person if you don't.

As we know, Betty *almost* made it to 100, and in her last few years, she kept a low profile.

Her assistant shared what could be one of the last pictures of her.
