Hillary Clinton's husband, Bill, was photographed hanging out with birthday girl Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, during Sunday festivities at the Philadelphia location of the Made in America festival.

Clinton reportedly visited the voter registration tent at the festival while making the rounds, rubbing elbows with both attendees and superstars alike. No word if he gave any advice to Queen Bey who, in turning 35 today, is now eligible to run for president.

Clinton did not make a formal speech or appearance while at the festival.

Neither Beyoncé nor Jay-Z were on the lineup for the festival, though their attendance isn't a surprise given it was founded by Jay-Z in 2012. The pair also spent time this weekend rooting on their pal Serena Williams as she competed in the U.S. Open.

This year's edition featured sets from headliners Rihanna, Coldplay, and Chance The Rapper.
