- Mr. President, what do you think about World Health Leaders that would like the World Health Organization to say, wealthy nations should help form countries without vaccinations to get vaccinated before they can go through the [INAUDIBLE]

JOE BIDEN: We are healthy. We're doing more than every other nation in the world combined. We're going to have well over a billion, 100 million shots and we're going to continue going. We're going to do our part. We've also given a great deal of funding to Covax, which is a vehicle that does this.

So we have plenty, plenty of opportunity to make sure we get everyone in the world to play our part. The largest part in the world is getting everyone vaccinated.

- How many American cities are being vaccinated for us to go back to normal? What is the percentage of total vaccinations that have to be required?

JOE BIDEN: Well, I think we're-- I think we get the vast majority like is going on in some the-- some industries and some schools. 60 to 90, 70-98%. I think we're getting awful close. And-- but I'm not the scientist. I think-- but one thing for sure, a quarter of the country can't go unvaccinated and us not continue to have a problem.
