President Biden traveled to Georgia to rally support for two election reform and voting rights bills that face an uphill battle in the Senate. He endorsed undoing the Senate's filibuster rule requiring at least 60 votes to even debate certain legislation to help get them passed. Ed O'Keefe reports.
