Why did Republicans boo during Joe Biden's State of the Union?

Biden's accusation about Medicare and Social Security brought boos from Republicans, and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., retorted by calling him a liar.

"Anybody who doubts it, contact my office. I'll give you a copy of the proposal," Biden said in response to Greene.
