The big “Sopranos” Super Bowl reunion took place at Bahrs Landing restaurant in Highlands.

That's where actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who played Meadow Soprano on the series, drove to meet Robert Iler, the actor who played brother A.J. Soprano, in the Super Bowl commercial that replicated the opening credits of the classic Jersey crime drama series.

“The reaction has been incredible,” said Bahrs manager Steve Mehler. “The commercial wasn't even over and we got a call: 'Do you guys know you're on the Super Bowl?' ”

Meadow drives an electric Chevrolet Silverado in the spot, which aired during the Sunday, Feb. 13, Super Bowl featuring the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams. She rides past the iconic North Jersey locations featured in the original opening, like the fictional Satriale's Pork Store in Kearny, and then she crosses the Route 36 bridge heading toward Bahrs on Bay Avenue. Once there, she charges her truck in the parking lot and then embraces A.J.

“It came out great,” Mehler said. “We did have one customer ask if we had charging stations here. I said no, that was all CGI.”

The late James Gandolfini was featured in the original opening credits drive, which featured “Woke up This Morning” by Alabama 3 originally and in the commercial. The series ran for six seasons from 1999 to 2007.

“Sopranos” director David Chase filmed the Chevy spot. The Bahrs shoot took place in a single day within the last few weeks. The seafood restaurant has been a Jersey Bayshore institution since 1917 and appeared in the 2021 “Sopranos” prequel, “The Many Saints of Newark.”

And yes, Meadow parked the SUV just fine in the commercial, an improvement over her parking skills on the series.

“You saw the commercial,” Mehler quipped. “She parked it pretty good.”
