Here are this week's candidates:
Jake Wilson, TCA: Wilson rushed for 245 yards and five touchdowns in the 45-3 win over FACS.
Cole Britton, Jackson South Side: Britton completed 18-of-26 passes for 236 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the 29-28 win over Lexington.
Chyler Lee, Jackson South Side: Lee had seven receptions for 139 yards and two touchdowns.
Cade Wood, Huntingdon: Wood had 156 yards and five touchdowns on 11 carries in the 48-14 win over Union City. He also had 12 tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks and a blocked punt.
Derek Kee, Peabody: Kee had three receptions for 111 yards and two touchdowns in the 48-0 win over West Carroll.
Mekhi Carr, Milan: Carr had 127 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries in the 31-14 win over Jackson North Side.
Campbell Scott, Jackson Christian: Scott had 141 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries.
Rashad McCreary, McKenzie: McCreary recorded 15 tackles, one tackle for loss and one forced fumble.
Yianni Sinis, Tipton-Rosemark: Sinis finished in fourthth place at the Division II-A West Cross Country Region championship with a time of 17:40.
Noah Mauldin, TCA: Mauldin finished in seventh place at the Division II-A West Cross Country Region championship with a time of 17:58.
