Bigger is better at Pennsylvania mansion for sale. Check out the wine ‘village’ it has

On the outside, this dramatic estate for sale in Presto, Pennsylvania, has a puzzling appeal, with its large windows and two chimneys. Nothing on the outside, however, could prepare you for the chic, glittery aspect that is the interior of the $4.5 million estate.

You just really have to like the color of cotton candy.

With a commanding location overlooking the 10th green at the prestigious Nevillewood Country Club and a grand interior with over 13,000 square feet, this sophisticated, recently updated trophy home makes a statement,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says.

“Set on a cul-de-sac at the end of a heated driveway, the residence features a gated entry and a security system, an elevator, heated marble and hardwood floors, eight fireplaces and a new composite tile roof. Showing meticulous attention to detail, the home includes a well-conceived floor plan with a creative array of interior spaces, making it feel like a world unto itself.”

The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion is almost like a house within a house, thanks to its penthouse level “with a two story bonus room,” private view terrace and so much more. The rest of the house includes:

  • Play rooms

  • Wet bar

  • Matching home offices

  • Smart lighting

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Floor-to-ceiling windows

  • Haircut area

But according to Zillow Gone Wild — a Facebook page and Twitter account that features unique homes for sale — the biggest draws are the massive primary bathroom and a wine cellar that some fans call “a village.”

“Here’s a FUN mansion in Presto, PA with over 13,662 sq ft with one of the most amazing primary baths we’ve ever seen and a huge wine cellar?” the Facebook post captioned.

“I’m not a wine drinker, but my favorite part of the house is the wine cellar. Most of the house is just too bright with all the whites and pinks,” one person said.

“I feel like I just went to Las Vegas,” another noted.

“I’m in love! I need that bathroom,” someone gushed.

“As a girl who loves pink this is my Barbie dream house come to life,” one person commented.

“I’d never leave the wine cellar,” another said.

They say money can’t buy happiness, but buying and owning this house would make me very happy,” one person tweeted.

Big 1994 cruise ship energy to the foyer. And that bathroom with the office building glass ceiling is like something out of an old movie that would’ve had Meryl Streep in it,” another noted. “The wine cellar setting like a little village is actually kind of cool.”

Presto is about 10 miles southwest of Pittsburgh.
