Bill aimed at missing and endangered Indigenous women hits House floor

The bill would create something like an AMBER Alert for missing Indigenous women. If passed, the alerts would be shown on highway advisory boards and put over the radio. Data shows that Indigenous women face murder rates more than 10 times the national average.
