Bill would mandate more building inspections amid complaints

A Baltimore City Council bill calls for more building inspections and strengthening of tenants' rights. Tenants who in predominantly live in senior housing complexes in Baltimore's Reservoir Hill neighborhood are joining forces with a renters' advocacy group and members of the City Council over complaints about poor security, mold, roach and rodent infestations and other problems. Many times, they've felt their demands for resolution have gone ignored.
