Billie Eilish is having her best year yet and it just got even better when it was announced that she was up for 6 Grammy nominations.

Billie is only slightly behind current nomination frontrunner, Lizzo, who has 8, and is currently tied with Lil Nas X for second. But even with all her possible wins, Billie also set off a new record thanks to some of her bigger nominations.

Thanks to her nominations for Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best New Artist, Billie is officially the youngest person to be nominated for all four categories at once. At just 17, she is set to go up against Ariana Grande, Bon Iver, Lana Del Rey, and other prominent artists for the big award.

However, if she wins, she won't be breaking the record for youngest solo artist to win a Grammy. LeAnn Rimes and Luis Miguel currently hold that record for their wins at just 14-years-old. She can beat Taylor Swift's record for youngest solo winner for Album of the Year, which she set when she was 20.

Billie was not the only one in her family to get some nominations. Her brother, Finneas O’Connell, also got five nominations of his own. He is co-nominated with Billie for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year. Finneas has his own nominations for be Best Engineered Recording, Non Classical and Producer Of The Year, Non-Classical.

After hearing about her wins, Billie posted on her Instagram, thanking the Recording Academy for the family's 11 nominations together.

Finneas also shared a letter on his Instagram over his nominations saying:

Okay, here’s the articulate one-

We made this album over the course of 3 years alone in the bedrooms of our parents’ house. Making it, was a rewarding enough experience on it’s own. The acknowledgement of our songs and production and of billie’s incredible voice, means to me, the acknowledgement and celebration of creative control being firmly left in the hands of the artist. These nominations belong to anyone who’s ever liked a song we’ve made and played it for a friend or a parent or a relative or coworker or partner. We love making music and we love you. Thank you

He also posted a very sweet Tweet about working with his sister saying, "Woke up a Grammy Nominee. I’m very very grateful to be celebrated for the music I’ve made with my sister, but most of all, I’m just grateful to billie for making music with her big brother."
