Birdman’s sprawling Miami Beach party house (with the golden toilet) finally sells

Birdman’s Palm Island mansion is finally sold, golden toilet and all.

Techpreneur Teddy Truchot snapped up the seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom crib that also includes two pools, two wine cellars, movie theater and volleyball court, The Real Deal first reported.

This waterfront beauty hasn’t been an easy sell, even before the pandemic. And it has quite the only in Miami history.

Birdman’s been trying to unload this 20,000 square foot home, aka Villa Ferarri, for three, long years.

At one point the CashMoney founder wanted $20 million for the stylin’ spread, which ended up in foreclosure. Oops. It finally sold out of receivership (assisting creditors recover funds in default), for about half that, $10.85 million.

Bryan “Birdman” Williams bought the Miami Beach manse in 2012 from RockStar energy drink entrepreneur Russell Weiner for $14.5 million, according to Miami-Dade County records. Weiner paid just $7 million for the so called party house back in 2010 after original owner, bon vivant extraordinaire Scott Storch had it.

Birdman, 48, did major renovations, we’re talking in the millions, so it’s quite a thing to behold.

A few top agents had the listing at various times, but no dice, until recently. The successful sale was finally brokered by Lourdes Alatriste of Engel & Völkers, the Miami Herald confirmed.

Let’s hope the new owners keep the golden throne (and have an Instagram account).

Teddy Kevin Truchot is a co-founder and partner at BlackDivine, an internet company and venture capital firm.

As for Birdman, he’s getting married to longtime girlfriend Toni Braxton, who confirmed back in April they were still tying the knot later this year, despite the lockdown.

The pandemic has made things challenging.

The “Unbreak My Heart” singer said on “The Rick and Sasha Radio Show” that her famous fiance wanted a drive-through wedding, but she kiboshed that.

“I’m like ‘We are not doing a drive-through. We are not ordering fries after we get married, babe.’”

The couple reportedly is based in Los Angeles.
